Cathy Jameson is founder of Jameson Management, an international comprehensive coaching firm with offices in New York, the United Kingdom, Oklahoma and now even the Caribbean. With a background in education and psychology, she worked alongside her husband, John H. Jameson, DDS, in his Oklahoma dental practice. Their diligent efforts led to great success. Later working in sales for dental financing organizations and dental software groups, she found herself coaching teams about all of the dental practice's systems. Now, almost two decades later, she's helped dental practices refine the 25 dental business systems for greater success and she's trained a growing team of coaches and speakers to do the same for clients worldwide.

John Jameson, DDS writes for numerous dental publications and provides research for manufacturers and marketing companies, as well as lecturing around the world on technology's integration into the dental practice and leadership. He also manages the technology phase of the coaching program carried out by Jameson consultants around the world.

Jess Webber, MHA has been with Jameson since 2000 and currently serves as President. He is responsible for the management of all coaching, information technology, the United Kingdom division operations as well as financial, legal, human resources and corporate relations capacities. Within Jameson, he is a trusted professional capable of making decisions and forecasting excellent opportunities. Within the industry, he's a favorite host and business friend.

Amy Logan has been with Jameson since June of 1999 and has sparked many new initiatives not only within the marketing effort, but the overall direction of the growing organization.

Misty Clark The addition of Misty Absher Clark, vice president of Jameson Creative Services, and adding marketing to the mix of Jameson's coaching services was one of the firm's most exciting 2007 announcements. After years of collaboration, Clark and the Jamesons are finally able to bring results-oriented marketing into a practice at the right time with the right integrated systems. Jameson bought Dental ImageWorks, the marketing consulting firm Clark founded.

Kathleen O'Donnell, MA has worked with the dental industry for more than 20 years. Along with her management of key departments in the fields of insurance, finance, electronics/high tech and education, O'Donnell possesses powerful real-world work experience that propels dental teams to success. She has trained hundreds of dental teams, as well as senior management and staff, in small and large corporations in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Taiwan and Thailand. O'Donnell specializes in executive coaching, team building and all aspects of practice management, particularly collections, insurance, scheduling and verbal skills.

Beverly A. Hill, RDA, CBM is director of training at Jameson, where she has worked for almost two decades. Along with her time at Jameson, she has been part of the dental and medical industries since 1978.

Nancy Dukes, BA, RDH, CBM began her career with Jameson in 1995. She is a senior consultant who coaches the entire consultation process with great expertise.

Dru Halverson, RDH, BS serves as the director of quality assurance and is also a coach for Jameson. She has been in the dental profession since 1981 and has worked with the Jamesons since 1985.

Vicki Nashert has more than 20 years of experience in business administration as well as more than a dozen years of experience with Jameson. She served as Jameson director of operations from 1992-1997, and has since been senior diagnostic consultant.

Connie Jameson has been with Jameson since 1996 where she is now a coach. Jameson received extensive training in mediation, effective communication and leadership, which makes her communication skills impeccable.

Robin Clinton now the director of finance, graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in management in May of 1997. Upon joining the Jameson team in 1997, she was responsible for fielding incoming calls from both clients and consultants; coordinating lecture and consult schedules (travel, conference calls, follow-up); tracking story boards for article submission to dental trade publications; processing phone/fax product orders and more.

Kimberly Brozovich has more than 12 years of experience in insurance and dental management. Prior to becoming a consultant with Jameson Management, Inc., she was an account manager for Alexander Benefits Consulting where she implemented and managed employee benefits for large companies. With her extensive talents, she created marketing strategies for her company to be on the cutting edge in a highly competitive industry.

Phylis Ficks, RDH, CBM whose home is in New York, has been intimately involved in the dental profession for more than thirty years. For the first twenty years of her career, Ficks practiced as a registered dental hygienist, after which she honed her business and communication skills to work as business manager in a number of dental practices in and around New York City.

Mary Govoni, CDA, RDA, RDH, MBA is a Certified and Registered Dental Assistant and a Registered Dental Hygienist, with over 31 years of experience in the dental profession as a chairside assistant, office administrator, clinical hygienist, educator, consultant and speaker. Mary is the owner of Clinical Dynamics, a consulting company dedicated to the enhancement of the clinical and communication skills of dental teams.

Shannon Griffin, DMD coaches all dental teams, but often coordinates projects for the Jameson Launch program, designed specifically for those starting a new practice from scratch. These Launch clients may be composed of experienced dental teams looking to build a new office or of recent dental school graduates planning to start out with a new practice plan of their own.

Julie Hanson has more than 20 years of experience in dentistry. Her experience includes seven years as a clinical assistant, five years as a business administrator and five years as a dental technology and software trainer before coming to Jameson. This background makes Hanson a very powerful consultant with the teams she coaches. Because of her experience in both the clinical and business office areas, Hanson is a master at being able to relate to team members in all areas of a dental practice. Attendees at Jameson seminars have said that Hanson is "down to earth, very knowledgeable and very approachable."

Cindy Ishimoto, CDPMA began her career in the dental profession in 1973, first as an assistant and business auxiliary and then progressing to a management position. She continually updates her skills by attending practice management seminars, as well as clinical seminars. Ishimoto's love of people and dentistry enable her to share her enthusiasm and guide teams to building successful people-oriented practices.

Carole Lape, BA, CEC has more than 20 years of business management and senior-level leadership experience. From business ownership to working in Fortune 500 corporations and million-dollar level businesses, Lape has held senior level management positions requiring her to obtain tangible results of increased profits, reduced costs of operations and increased market share.

Nancy Miller, RDH, BA has been a coach with Jameson Management, Inc., since 1998. Her area of expertise is in clinical procedures and periodontal therapy and instrumentation. She promotes the concept of the entire team being involved in periodontal treatment and continuous care of their patient base.

Leslie Neveu, RDH, BSDH began her dental career at the University of New Mexico where she graduated in 1984 with an associate degree in dental hygiene and continued on to get a bachelor's in dental hygiene in 1985 while working full time as a dental hygienist.

Laurie Taylor uses experience in public relations, corporate communications and marketing gleaned from her work with a variety of organizations as the now outsourced director of public relations for Jameson. She calls her work "Operation Jameson Everywhere" and manages media relations, promotional campaigns, Web development and all editorial projects.

Carrie Webber offers a fresh perspective, an artistic edge and a heartfelt passion to her role as director of marketing for Jameson. She has participated, founded and/or led many initiatives at Jameson, including continuing education events, industry partnership plans, new products and more.

Tabitha Jaquay-Fernandez is the Director of Client Relations focusing on the needs of Jameson clients and prospective clients. She has been with Jameson since 2003 when she started as Dr. John Jameson & Cathy Jameson's administrative assistant. As her dental knowledge grew, so did her abilities to cater to the needs of clients. Since she started with Jameson, she has completed professional training in the areas of communication and effectiveness training, practice management and marketing.

Rachel Leslie serves as marketing and events coordinator, working closely with Misty Absher Clark and all Jameson clients embarking on a marketing initiative. She has a graphic design degree from Oklahoma State University and most recently, Leslie worked with the Daily O'Collegian newspaper in advertising sales and design. She has also served as the marketing coordinator for Freshminds Design, a full service graphic design group.

Jan Davis is the business and coaching assistant at Jameson Management, Inc. She has worked with the Jamesons in one capacity or another since 1986. She has worked as Dr. John H. Jameson's dental practice assistant, business coordinator, and treatment coordinator. Upon Dr. Jameson's retirement, she continued in that practice with Dr. Kyle Moore for two and a half years before moving to full-time assistant duties with Jameson in 2005.

Tiffany Newman serves Jameson as the client relations assistant, making initial contact with potential clients, responding to information requests, tracking event registration, sending confirmations and helping with data entry and database management.

Lulie Maumenee serves the very key role as administrative assistant, serving the entire team of coaches and executive Jameson employees.

Daxton Sinclair assists dental practices in all marketing decisions, designs and deliverables. From brainstorming sessions and budgeting to creative execution and distribution, Daxton has clients' dental marketing needs in check.

Ryan Webber assists the creative team with creative services projects and developing client relations, eventually to facilitate marketing action plans with clients to help them increase new patient numbers, increase brand awareness, and/or to enhance a particular aspect of their practice.

Andrea Hekkema assists dental offices with every aspect of marketing. Hekkema and her colleagues help create effective marketing solutions for any practice. From marketing plans and budgeting, to the day-to-day tasks of coordinating and executing designs and deliverables, Hekkema loves helping practices attain and execute marketing strategies that really work.

Judy Risner, RDH joined the Jameson team as a consultant in 1999. She has been a part of the dental industry for more than two decades. She worked as a dental hygienist with Dr. John H. Jameson from 1996 until his retirement and now works with Jameson full time as a clinical coach.

Vicki C. Sanco, CDA, CDPMA brings nearly 30 years of dental industry experience to the Jameson consulting team. "Vicki is dynamite. From consulting to teaching to writing, her dental practice management expertise fits perfectly with our proven strategies and systems to make her a powerful voice in the practices she consults with on behalf of Jameson," said Jameson's Dru Halverson.

Shelly Short, RDH, MS has worked with Jameson for nearly a dozen years. With 27 years in the dental industry, Short has a bachelor's degree in biology and dental hygiene, a master's degree in health promotion and nutritional sciences and has also earned a doctorate in philosophy of holistic nutrition. Her doctorate is from Clayton College*. Short incorporates a wellness approach to optimal business management, clinical efficiency and corporate well-being.
