The 25 Systems

When Dr. John Jameson started his dental practice over 30 years ago in a small Oklahoma town, his wife Cathy was by his side. Like many young couples in dentistry, John and Cathy struggled to grow the practice, particularly since they were located in the town of Wynnewood, Oklahoma, population 2,500. As time went by, Cathy began to formulate ideas to help grow the practice. Through study, keen observation and diligent effort, Cathy was able to identify 25 specific areas within the practice and create systems and tools to make each of these areas more effective and profitable. As Cathy implemented these programs and John's practice grew, word of their success spread and other doctors wanted to know Cathy's secrets.

With a generous spirit and a unique enthusiasm, Cathy began consulting and lecturing about these 25 systems which are now even more proven after being implemented in practices throughout the world. Clients are thrilled with their increase in production. In fact, the average client last year increased production by 33%. Some were most pleased with the way the performance and cohesiveness of their team improved. Some were ecstatic to find out how to close the big cases that used to walk out the door. Some were relieved to be able to come to the practice and enjoy less stress. Here is the list of the 25 critical systems included in the Jameson Method of Practice Management that has helped clients worldwide, and can help you through personalized coaching.
