The Jameson Approach

Your dental practice can be transformed as minimally or substantially as you need, since everything is customized to your goals.

Step One: Your Comprehensive Office Evaluation.

This is a life-changing process where we come to your office, review your practice in light of the 25 critical systems outlined in the Jameson Method, and present you with a practice treatment plan designed exclusively to move your practice forward.

Step Two: Your Personalized In-Office Comprehensive Coaching.

Once your exclusive treatment plan has been accepted (as proposed at the COE), you work with a specially selected Jameson coach. This highly trained individual will come to your practice over a period of 18 months or more to train your team to implement the 25 business and clinical systems (link to a form they fill out for us to email the list to them) depending on your need. Your coach will introduce new material as well as other Jameson specialists to your practice at the precise moment you and your team are able to benefit from that exposure the most. You will receive quarterly visits from a coach plus monthly reports and phone conferences to review your progress. There is a hotline to your coach and administrative team so you can call with questions at any time.

Step Three: Your Continuous Coaching.

After the initial coaching period concludes, the vast majority of clients decide to continue a coaching relationship with Jameson. We consider ourselves your partner for a lifetime. Remember, "There’s no such thing status quo. You’re either going up, or you’re going down."
