Cathy Jameson debuts her second in a series of what is an all-new article series.

Read the excerpts from the second article in the series below.

..."In today's challenging economic times, it is imperative that your patients see a reason to invest their money in the dental care you are recommending. People are being cautious about spending-and for obvious reasons. You have to do everything you are already doing a bit better than ever before.

A leader is not afraid to face challenges and turn challenges into opportunities. A leader does not think everything is perfect and cannot be improved. A leader is willing to step up to the plate and make appropriate refinements and alterations in his/her business to make sure that he/she is doing all that is expected and more-with each and every patient in each and every circumstance."

Jameson 2008 - Year in Review

Photos below left, 2008 events from top to bottom: Dr. John and Cathy Jameson visit with clients at a Raving Fan dinner; Dr. John Jameson and Jess Webber host a fishing excursion and services Q&A in Montana; Dr. Mark Murphy, Cathy Jameson, Darrell Cain and Dr. John Jameson take a break at The Art, Science and Business of Dentistry event in Las Vegas.

What a pleasure to see many of you at the AACD and other trade shows!

Raving fan dinners and regional programs like the fishing excursion in Colorado were also a big hit in 2008.

Kicking off the Enlightened Leadership events featuring our founder, Cathy, was a thrill for many of you too, including Dr. Todd Thurlow of Kansas who had this to say- "Enlightened Leadership was recommended by one of my Jameson coaches. The course surpassed my expectations from the time I walked through the door! Truly a spiritually uplifting and humbling experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life! You could say it is "life altering." I walked away from the course a "new," more confident, positively optimistic person. God bless Cathy and John Jameson and their tremendously caring and gifted Jameson family. Thank you for the chance to be a part of this program."

Soon we'll be naming our first Branch of Peace recipient as well, and it's great to know we're working together industry wide to THINK BIG in terms of not only the whole environment but also our own personal challenge to show leadership of ourselves and one another.

Most of all, in this year and the year ahead, we thank you for trusting Jameson to provide you with powerful events and customized coaching to increase productivity and profitability while reducing stress.

Here's to you in 2009,
Jess Webber, BA, MHA
President, Jameson
