Cathy Jameson is founder of Jameson Management, an international comprehensive management and marketing firm with 25 years of work with dental practices worldwide. With a background in education, psychology and management, she worked alongside her husband, John H. Jameson, DDS, in his rural Oklahoma dental practice. Their diligent efforts led to great success. Now, almost two decades later, she’s helped dental practices refine the 25 dental business systems for greater success and she’s trained a growing team of advisors and speakers to do the same for clients worldwide. Cathy is an acclaimed speaker and best-selling author with her most recent book, Creating A Healthy Work Environment, released in fall of 2015.
Dr. John H. Jameson
Dr. Jameson and his successful practice of 30 years is the basis of which the Jameson Methods of Management and Clinical coaching were created. For the past 20 years, Dr. Jameson has written for numerous dental publications, provided research for manufacturers and marketing companies, as well as lectured around the world on technology’s integration into the dental practice, case presentation, office design and leadership.
Jess Webber, MHA
CEO & Owner
For over 15 years, Jess has overseen all advising, management and technology aspects of Jameson, as well as human resources and corporate relations. As a trusted professional, Webber works fervently on developing future opportunities and services for Jameson clients while setting current course operations for continued growth. Under his leadership, Jameson has developed international markets, created an online platform of support, acquired a marketing company that has now grown into full-service creative services agency for dental and non-dental organizations and much more. He is now leading new efforts to provide the services needed for today’s dental practice in today’s dental industry, including work with practices looking to grow through Jameson’s Operational Development Program.
Chief Communications Officer & Owner
As Chief Communications Officer, Carrie oversees all marketing, media and communications for Jameson. She also works closely in the development of products and services for the company that are timely and of relevance for our clients. She works in the development and nurturing of corporate relations and client communications – ensuring constant communication with Jameson friends and clients. Over 15 years of experience in marketing, PR and corporate relations has led Carrie to create marketing initiatives for both the company of Jameson and our clients as well. Her articles can be found both online and in print throughout the dental industry.
Amy Logan Parrish
Chief Development Officer
Amy has played a key role within Jameson for over 15 years, sparking many new marketing initiatives and aiding in the overall direction of the growing organization. She oversees all areas of development – from team development to corporate relations. Amy also provides insight and expertise in the areas of media relations, leadership and training. Amy can be found orchestrating some of the most integral initiatives for Jameson, from events to client communication.
Chief Finance Officer
Robin oversees Jameson’s financial systems, including but not limited to, those systems connected to Jameson’s clients and corporate relationships. She maintains close contact with those on a journey with Jameson to make sure all is in working order and agreements are timely and well-communicated.
Chief of Operations Development Program
With her vast experience in operations management with some of the country’s leading dental organizations, Suzann leads the Jameson Operations Development Program helping doctors achieve their vision of productive and profitable multiple location practices.
Suzann has led dental organizations in effective roll outs in new markets, personnel management and acquisition, development of company culture, fulfillment of annual revenue goals and overall patient satisfaction. Her diverse leadership experience in growing multiple location practices helps doctors and practice owners identify growth opportunities and forecast accurately the next steps in their strategic plan.
Jameson Advisor & Chief of Advisor and Process Development
Dru has worked with Jameson since before its incorporation, and has proven herself as an effective advisor in both the management and clinical aspects of the consultation experience. As an advisor, Dru has worked with quite possibly the most diverse roster of clients of all Jameson Advisors – from specialty to general, single-doctor to multi-location, dental school residents to dental school practices – Dru goes above and beyond the standard of expert in the field. Her role as Chief Process Engineer entails the streamlining of Jameson services to ensure great delivery and results every time for every client.
Chief Business Support Officer
Jan is the magic behind Jameson’s client tracking and support. Davis oversees the organization and delivery of Jameson educational materials to all Jameson clients, Jameson product inventory and in addition – most importantly – Jan manages the Jameson client monitors and numbers – ensuring that our advisors have the most up to date information on their clients to effectively identify how clients are progressing and what is needed next.

Nancy is a senior advisor who oversees the entire Jameson consultation process with great expertise. A Jameson team member since 1995, her expertise as a clinical advisor is second to none. Through her experience in a practice that used the Jameson method, Dukes has seen the benefits that not only she can provide, but how the Jameson Management team and methodology as a whole can take a dental practice to the next level of success. Sherilan Sullivan brings to Jameson years of dental experience, including being one of the most respected and trusted Dentrix trainers in the Pacific Northwest. She has helped numerous offices successfully transition and grow their practices with the latest technology, and Sherilan’s offices continue to thrive as a result of her training and ability to engage and motivate all types of dental team members. Sherilan brings knowledge from a 20+year career in the dental field, with experience in both clinical and business administration, including work in a practice that incorporated Jameson methods. With a successful background in hygiene and implant periodontics, April brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role as a Jameson advisor. April believes in providing valuable, patient-first service to those that consider you their dental home and brings that concept to her coaching with dentists and teams every day. Her passion for dentistry and learning led her to co-found a dental implant and periodontal study club for dental hygienists in Michigan – which ultimately led to her becoming a phenomenal advisor for Jameson.
Suzanne comes to Jameson with a rich history in leading dental practices and dental businesses to productivity and profitability. Her leadership and business skills as office manager helped Jameson’s beta practice in Oklahoma rise to a new level of success, which ultimately led to her joining Jameson as a tremendous member of the advisory team. Based in Georgia, Suzanne travels across the country identifying areas of opportunities for dentists and their practices through the Jameson Office Evaluation as well as coaching teams that benefit from her expertise in the business of dentistry.
